Terms and Conditions
As of: July 2026
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all donations, contributions and supporting memberships made to the association itreebute (Herzog-Friedrich-Strasse 28, A - 6020 Innsbruck, ZVR: 1534488472) via the website itreebute.com as well as the payment links provided by itreebute.
2. Contracting party
3. Donations and contributions
Donations to itreebute are voluntary contributions without any claim to a consideration in return. With your donation you support the statutory, non-profit purposes of the association, in particular the implementation of regional sustainability projects in Tyrol. There is no legal entitlement to the implementation of a specific project; the association uses the funds within the scope of its non-profit purposes.
4. Payment processing
Payment processing is handled by the external payment service provider Stripe. The terms and privacy provisions of Stripe apply in addition. One-time and recurring contributions (e.g. monthly or annual supporting contributions) are debited according to the option selected during payment.
5. Recurring contributions & cancellation
6. Donation tax privilege & deductibility
itreebute is officially recognised as tax-privileged for donations (registration number NT 31770). Donations to the association are therefore tax-deductible within the legal framework. In order to take them into account within the scope of the automatic data transmission to the tax office, we require the first and last name as well as the date of birth of the donor.
7. Right of withdrawal
As donations are voluntary contributions without any consideration in return, there is no statutory right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Austrian Act on Distance and Off-Premises Transactions (FAGG). Should you have made a donation by mistake, please contact us promptly. We strive to find a fair solution.
8. Liability
The association is only liable for damages based on intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Data protection
10. Final provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Innsbruck. Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
